What if I don’t know anything about my customer yet?

Don’t worry! Distil has two types of call to choose from depending on where you are in your customer discovery. Early on, when you don’t have a hypothesis to test, use ‘Unstructured’ calls (they skip the Persona and Script). When you want to validate a specific hypothesis, use ‘Structured’ calls.

Can the whole company see the insights?

What if I use Zoom or Teams?
